Terms of Service

Fearless Media provides media production and related services, including but not limited to:

• Video and photo production
• Creative direction and content strategy
• Editing, post-production, and graphic design
• Social media content creation and marketing support

The exact scope of work for each client is defined in a written agreement, proposal, or statement of work.

To ensure successful project delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project information, creative briefs, and deadlines.
• Supply necessary assets such as logos, brand guidelines, and footage in a timely manner.
• Review and approve drafts or revisions within agreed-upon timelines.
• Obtain all necessary permissions for third-party materials, including music, logos, and likenesses, provided to Fearless Media.

Delays in providing information, approvals, or assets may extend project timelines.

• Fees for services are outlined in your proposal or contract.
• A deposit may be required to begin work, with the balance due upon completion or as scheduled in the agreement.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services or late fees.
• Deposits and payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.

All raw footage, working files, and drafts remain the property of Fearless Media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Final deliverables transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment.
• Fearless Media retains the right to display finished projects in portfolios, showreels, or marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
• Licensing for third-party assets, such as stock music or footage, is outlined in the contract.

• Projects include a set number of revisions, as defined in your contract. Additional revisions, edits, or scope changes may incur extra charges.
• Significant changes to the original project scope, such as creative direction, shoot days, or deliverable format, may require a new agreement or amended pricing.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive project updates, scheduling notices, and promotional communications via email, phone, or SMS/MMS, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Message frequency may vary, and standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.

Some services rely on outside vendors or platforms, such as equipment rental, studio space, advertising platforms, or hosting services. Fearless Media is not responsible for downtime, errors, or costs associated with third-party services, but will manage them with professional care.

While we work to deliver high-quality production services, Fearless Media cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales, revenue increases, or audience engagement, unless expressly stated in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Fearless Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered, project costs, and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website and will show the effective date at the top of this page.
